Haynes Furniture, a Top 100 retailer with a 120‑year history, set out to lead the evolving customer journey by turning Unified Commerce from concept into action. Faced with the need to modernize in‑store and online experiences, Haynes aimed to reduce point‑of‑sale friction, unify digital marketing and store systems, and capture more shopper data to boost conversions.

Partnering with STORIS, Haynes rolled out 500 mobile POS tablets, integrated financing via a Finance Application Queue, and launched the eSTORIS platform for The Dump outlets with real‑time web inventory. Checkout times dropped from 11 to 2 minutes, 66% of The Dump’s online purchases come from customers who never visited a store, and the sales team gained richer tools and reporting—positioning Haynes to use shopper data for retargeting and continued conversion growth.
