Dell Technologies, a global technology company with more than 150,000 employees across 180 locations, needed a stronger way to communicate its employee experience and culture across both global and local audiences. To do that, Dell re-engaged Stories Incorporated to help uncover authentic employee stories and build recruitment marketing content that could reflect the company’s universal culture while still honoring each office’s unique identity.

Stories Incorporated interviewed 67 employees across nine locations and created 30 videos plus hundreds of professional photos for a searchable content library, including long-form culture pieces, localized site videos, themed videos, and channel-optimized cuts for social and career sites. Dell now uses the “Life at Dell” video as its principal company culture piece across channels, and the company reported phenomenal engagement analytics as the content began driving steady use across its content calendar and candidate-facing channels.
