Stories Inc. partnered with Ochsner Health, Louisiana’s largest nonprofit academic healthcare system, to help address a large hiring need for nurses and a need to build awareness for physician roles. The talent acquisition team needed candidate-facing content that would stand out in a competitive healthcare labor market and highlight what makes Ochsner unique.

Stories Inc. created interview-driven photo and video content, including eleven nurse videos and a refreshed photo library, followed by eight physician videos and additional photos. The team captured stories about patient impact, professional development, technology, teamwork, and community care, and Ochsner now uses the evergreen content across its careers site and social channels to attract and engage candidates more effectively.
