Merck partnered with Stories Incorporated to strengthen recruitment marketing for its Human Health Division, which needed to attract talent across sales, marketing, market access, digital analytics, and commercial roles. To help candidates better understand the culture, values, leadership style, and career opportunities at Merck, the company wanted personalized content for separate hiring microsites.

Stories Incorporated spent two days at Merck’s Upper Gwynedd campus interviewing 21 employees and produced 20 videos, a full photo library, and an internal launch video, with versions branded for both Merck and MSD. The content highlighted employee stories around collaboration, growth, problem-solving, and leadership support, and was launched at a red-carpet premiere event that helped Merck showcase its employer brand and thank participants; the result was a richer talent pipeline and stronger candidate engagement, though no specific numeric hiring outcome was shared.
