Menzies Aviation, a global aviation services company operating at more than 200 airports, faced strong competition for talent and needed a better way to explain what ground handling jobs are really like. The company wanted authentic recruiting content that highlighted the differences between its roles and similar airline positions, while also setting realistic expectations to help reduce turnover.

Stories Incorporated produced a set of employer branding videos for Menzies Aviation, including a four-minute overview and five role-specific videos for Fueling Operators, Passenger Service Agents, Ramp Operators, Cabin Cleaning, and Cargo Operators. The team filmed at active airports in Dallas and Los Angeles, interviewed 14 employees, and delivered content used at a global leadership seminar, on the careers site, and in job descriptions; the videos have generated more than 258,000 views on Vimeo.
