The company needed a virtual employee storytelling solution that could still deliver strong production value and useful recruiting content for critical hiring areas like engineering, sales, precision diagnostics, and marketing transformation.

Stories Incorporated built a virtual production process that included remote interviews, custom video kits shipped to employees, tech support, multilingual translation, and professional post-production with graphics, b-roll, captions, and music. The result was a 12-video employee story series featuring storytellers from four countries, helping Philips communicate its culture and EVP while expanding its reach beyond the U.S. Stories Incorporated also delivered targeted videos for key hiring needs and an extra bonus story highlighting how Philips cares for employees.
