How the small company partnered with Stories Inc. to create an effective culture content library

Superformula, a modern digital product studio and 100% remote company, needed a better way to communicate its culture to candidates as it grew past 50 employees. To help maintain a high talent bar and attract people aligned with its values, the company partnered with Stories Incorporated to build a scalable employer-brand storytelling approach.

Stories Incorporated ran six virtual story sessions with Superformula employees and turned the interviews into a content library of four videos and four blog posts focused on passion for the craft, people-first culture, and taking ownership. The materials were used on the refreshed career site and Superformula’s LinkedIn channel, giving candidates an immediate view into life at the company and helping the team attract and self-select the right talent.
