The solution from Stories Incorporated involved conducting 67 employee interviews to gather hundreds of stories, which were then thematically organized. Stories Inc. created a scalable solution: a searchable content library containing 33 videos and thousands of professional photographs. This content is used across Dell's global communications, resulting in a cohesive and compelling storytelling strategy for the admired company.
