Aronson LLC, a national public accounting and consulting firm, wanted to better communicate its long-standing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in an industry where Black CPAs are underrepresented and diverse leadership is still rare. To help tell that story in a way that fit its brand and would resonate with candidates and employees, Aronson partnered with Stories Incorporated.

Stories Incorporated interviewed Aronson leaders and practitioners, then created a video that blended facts with authentic employee experiences to highlight the firm’s history of recruiting, developing, and promoting underrepresented leaders. The result was a compelling internal and external employer-branding asset that showcased Aronson’s DEI progress and helped celebrate its documented history of diverse leadership, including exceeding the national average for female partners.
