Marshall Retail Group (MRG), America’s largest independent specialty retailer in the casino-resort and airport marketplace, needed to better manage its largest controllable expense—store payroll—across many unique retail concepts and travel-driven traffic patterns. To align staffing with hourly customer flow and boost sales conversions, MRG selected StoreForce’s analytics SaaS to combine POS data with door-count traffic and produce hour-by-hour salesperson productivity and KPI reporting.

StoreForce implemented a hosted analytics platform, built custom business rules (including 24/7 tracking for hotel gift shops), and delivered dashboards and reports so managers can see daily, weekly and year-to-date performance.
