Columbia Storage Group, a fast-growing self-storage operator founded in 2012, was managing facilities across multiple software platforms and needed a single, web-enabled solution that worked on Apple devices and Google Chrome for both corporate and remote teams. To solve inconsistent operations and improve customer-facing services, Columbia Storage Group turned to storEDGE for unified self-storage software, websites, and later e-signature capability on iPads and tablets.
storEDGE consolidated all sites onto one platform, enabling corporate oversight and remote access while giving customers online tools to pay bills, reserve/rent units, and update records. The rollout of storEDGE’s software and e-sign reduced paper and ink costs, cut office clutter, improved contact-data accuracy (helping collections before auctions), and supported Columbia Storage Group’s continued expansion to 12 locations with the majority at or near full occupancy.
