storEDGE’s Rental Center™ enabled seamless on-site and online rental processing, online bill pay, e-sign and tenant account management while Beyond upgraded physical amenities and security at its Lenexa property. The combination produced strong results—612 climate-controlled units with best-in-class features and over 85% occupancy in Lenexa—providing a scalable, data-driven model that supports Beyond Self Storage’s expansion into St. Louis, Minneapolis and Detroit.
