The Connection for Women and Families, a women-led nonprofit in Summit, New Jersey, needed a better way to use its AccountMate data for mailing lists and membership reports. After upgrading to a customized version of AccountMate, the team found the built-in reporting tools too complicated, especially for filters with multiple conditions and reports that combined data from multiple tables.

With Stonefield Query, The Connection created mailing list, financial, and membership reports, could export data to other applications, and gained accurate, complete reporting that saved significant time. Sue said Stonefield Query saved her “more time than you could ever imagine,” and the organization later upgraded to the latest version of the software.
