Bankia Improves Workload Automation Environment by replacing IBM Tivoli agent technology with Universal Agent

Bankia, a leading Spanish bank, faced growing cross‑platform challenges using IBM Tivoli agent technology to manage processes and file transfers across z/OS, AIX, Linux, Windows and Solaris.
