PSCU, America’s leading credit union service organization, needed to eliminate undocumented manual processes in its application performance management environment. End-users were responsible for alerting IT when workflows failed, causing inefficiencies and delays for critical information. To address this, PSCU evaluated automation options and selected Stonebranch’s Universal Automation Center.
Stonebranch implemented Universal Automation Center with customizable workflows and templates to fit PSCU’s operational needs. PSCU migrated all jobs, fully automated its finance workflows, and completed the project six weeks ahead of schedule and on budget. The new automations now alert the right teams on workflow failures, reducing mean time to acknowledgement and mean time to repair, while also improving flexibility, simplicity, and auditability.
