Case Study: Envoy achieves a centralized "source of truth" and scalable analytics with Stitch

A Stitch Case Study

Stitch helps Envoy form a central 'source of truth'

Envoy, a SaaS company that automates visitor and package management, was generating large, fragmented datasets from many tools and needed a centralized “source of truth” to support deeper analysis and better business decisions (multi-region modeling, LTV/CAC, account health). They also faced gaps where no ETL integrations existed and wanted a reliable, scalable way to onboard new data without heavy engineering overhead.

Envoy chose Stitch for its row-based pricing and reliability, and paired it with Singer and Stitch’s Import API to build custom connectors. The solution eliminated brittle, long-running ETL jobs, saved the data team countless hours, allowed the team to scale without hiring a dedicated data engineer, sped up onboarding of new sources, and enabled richer analytics — with plans to send log data to Redshift and expand data ingestion.
