Heap, a behavioral analytics and data infrastructure company, needed fast, customizable ETL to Amazon Redshift but had a lean operations and reporting team. With data coming from sources like Salesforce, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads, Heap didn’t have the time or resources to build and maintain pipelines that could be tailored to changing business needs.

Stitch provided a flexible, transparent sync layer—letting Heap choose which tables and columns to replicate and giving access to logs—so the team could centralize Salesforce and product data in Redshift without hiring additional engineers. Using Mode and Tableau on that unified dataset, Heap improved go-to-market reporting, optimized sales coaching and account management, calculated MQL/opportunity costs, and discovered that Facebook Ads weren’t converting to closed-won revenue, allowing them to reduce spend and gain actionable insights with minimal maintenance overhead.
