A Stitch Case Study

Stitch drives new analytics architecture at Vacavaliente

vacavaliente is an Argentina-based maker of recycled leather accessories and home decor with 21–100 employees. The company struggled with an ERP that wasn’t analytics-friendly, forcing slow, manual extraction of sales data; they needed an affordable way to extract, transform, and load data in real time or within a few hours.

Using Stitch (a Talend company) with a third-party consultant, vacavaliente built a new analytics architecture in about a month and completed data migration in roughly a week. The result: at least 100% greater efficiency in data processing, access to real-time sales information, and a move toward data-driven decision-making — with plans to extend Stitch-based extraction to CRM and MRP systems into Google BigQuery for reporting in Google Data Studio.
