LeagueSide is a Philadelphia startup that helps scale youth sports sponsorships, serving millions of families across all 50 states. With a small team and a mission to make sponsorships easy and equitable, the company struggled with siloed, anecdote-driven decision making: critical data lived across multiple apps, and leadership needed reliable analytics to track sponsor donations, volunteer performance, and sales and campaign funnels.

LeagueSide adopted Stitch to centralize data from Close, HubSpot, and its Heroku production system (FieldHouse) into a PostgreSQL warehouse on AWS, then built dashboards in Metabase. Within a day they replicated historical CRM and production data, avoided a lengthy dev project, cut opportunity costs, and now have a scalable data flow (for $350/month) ready to onboard additional sources as they grow.
