EBTH is an online estate-sale marketplace that sells furniture, jewelry, books and dozens of other categories. Facing a growing need to consolidate data from sources like Freshdesk, Google AdWords, Salesforce and Delighted into Snowflake for BI with Looker, Tableau, Jupyter and Grafana, EBTH’s data team lacked the capacity to build custom extract flows and found competing ETL options costly and inflexible.
EBTH adopted Stitch, a self-service, Singer-based integration platform, enabling their product manager to configure most pipelines and the CTO to contribute a community integration fix that was merged within 24 hours. The result: faster access to previously delayed reporting data, better error reporting and self-healing (fewer middle-of-the-night fixes), and a plan to adopt and help build more integrations.
