Placeit opens the door to new insights

Placeit is an online SaaS tool that creates custom image assets, templates, logos and product mockups for entrepreneurs and marketers. The team needed to integrate billing and behavioral data from multiple sources to understand and react to user behavior and customer-journey issues across acquisition, product and payment systems, and wanted a solution that was easy to implement and manage without heavy developer involvement.

Placeit chose Stitch to load data into Google BigQuery; the first connector (Recurly) took minutes to set up and the full analytics stack was operational in about two weeks, with Stitch support quickly resolving a BigQuery append/duplication issue. The new pipeline unlocked insights in user segmentation, marketing personalization and problem visibility, and Placeit continues to add sources to improve user experience and drive growth.
