A Stitch Case Study
OrderMyGear is a SaaS company that runs an online platform for group apparel and gear and needed to combine critical Salesforce account and contact data with application data and other sources (Zendesk and internal REST APIs) into a Google BigQuery warehouse for better customer-segment analytics. They evaluated multiple ETL options and chose Stitch because it fit an engineering-focused workflow and could handle both SaaS platforms and custom internal services.
Using Stitch to load Salesforce and Zendesk data into BigQuery produced same-day Looker insights, and by pairing Stitch with open-source Singer taps and Apache Airflow they automated pulls from internal APIs. The new pipeline cut time to add a data source from weeks to days, let them deliver Salesforce data to Looker in one day instead of a month, resolved data-format issues without manual re-ingest, and now quietly supports ongoing expansion of analytics across the company.
