Splash Math, a K–5 math-learning company used by over 30 million students, faced a big data challenge: student activity plus marketing data from Google Analytics and multiple ad platforms needed to be combined in an Amazon Redshift warehouse for Looker reporting. With a small analytics team, manually pulling and joining before- and after-signup data was time-consuming and unsustainable.
Using Stitch, Splash Math quickly synced SaaS and ad data into Redshift—most integrations took minutes—and supplemented missing connectors (like Drift) via Zapier. Features such as seven days of historical extraction and responsive support (including enabling a Bing Ads beta) sped testing and deployment. The result: major time savings, reduced maintenance compared with building in-house ETL, and freed analysts to focus on higher-value work, all with a simple interface and predictable billing.
