Liv Up is a São Paulo–based food tech startup that produces and delivers healthy meals across major Brazilian cities. As a vertically integrated company generating data from farmers through sales, they needed to consolidate disparate sources — including production data in MongoDB and third-party services like Zendesk and Google Analytics — into a PostgreSQL analytics warehouse, a task made difficult by MongoDB’s NoSQL structure.

Liv Up adopted Stitch Integrations to load raw data into their warehouse, then used Pentaho and Python to build a transformed layer for Metabase and Tableau.
