Case Study: ezCater achieves reliable, scalable enterprise ETL with Stitch

A Stitch Case Study

Preview of the ezCater Case Study

How ezCater implemented enterprise ETL with Singer and Stitch

ezCater, a nationwide online marketplace for business catering, needed a reliable way to combine data from dozens of ad networks, marketing tools, and internal databases to answer business questions that require raw, unified data. Previous attempts with other pipeline providers were either prohibitively expensive, fragile against schema changes, or required heavy engineering effort, so ezCater sought a resilient, cost-effective ETL solution.

They implemented Stitch as the pipeline and used the open-source Singer framework to build and extend taps (notably for AppsFlyer and HubSpot), enabling automated, maintainable ingestion into their Redshift warehouse. The result: accurate, consumable data delivered affordably and reliably, faster onboarding and fewer ops costs than a homegrown solution, community-shared integrations, and a partnership that lets ezCater continue contributing and scaling its data stack.
