Headspace, a broad-spectrum health care provider formed by the merger of Ginger and Headspace, needed a reliable way to consolidate data from text-based coaching services, mobile events, Salesforce, and other sources into its Amazon Redshift warehouse. The team already used Stitch at Ginger, and after the merger Headspace continued relying on Stitch ETL to support its growing data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence needs.

Using Stitch, Headspace replicated database rows and service data into Redshift with a simple point-and-click setup. The result has been faster implementation and significant time savings on configuration, with Stitch handling about 80–90% of Headspace’s data replication work and continuing to scale with the company’s evolving stack.
