Fast and simple, online retailer Spring scores with Stitch

Spring is a five-year-old direct-to-consumer online retailer (101–500 employees) that sells more than 1,500 clothing, lifestyle, and beauty brands via web and mobile. The company produces large volumes of data from platforms like Facebook Ads and Amplitude and needed a reliable, low-effort way to replicate that data into its Amazon Redshift warehouse instead of building and maintaining an in-house solution.

Spring chose Stitch for its affordability and simple integration—essentially copying API keys and switching analytics to the new tables—enabling fast replication to Redshift. The move saved engineers time by eliminating debugging of fragile custom ETL, allowed retirement of legacy extraction servers, reduced costs, and set the team up to migrate PostgreSQL ETL and add more third-party integrations.
