Ogilvy - Customer Case Study

Ogilvy, New York approached Stink Studios in 2013 with a brief to create a top-to-bottom HTML video scrolling site for Philips Norelco. The goal was to let users follow one man’s personal grooming journey, including the effect of shaving him from head to toe, on a site that would work on modern phones and tablets.

Stink Studios used a simple 3D pre-visualization, in-office hair tests, and a motion control rig to plan repeatable 360-degree camera moves. The studio then handled the post-production and development, including 3D water droplets, final edit, and grade, delivering the “I’d FAQ Me” experience and earning Site of the Day and Mobile of the Day recognition.
