The World Health Organization (WHO) needed to test communications concepts for COVID-19 across multiple countries with a limited budget and tight deadlines. They engaged their media agency, Daylight Creative, who in turn partnered with the vendor Stickybeak to conduct this rapid global research.
Stickybeak implemented a multi-lingual survey across five countries to gather feedback on message clarity and shareability. The solution delivered results within hours, providing the WHO with fast, comparable data that revealed both global similarities and important regional differences in how the material was received, ensuring their public health messaging could be effectively tailored.
