Wolseley UK, the operating company of the world’s largest heating and plumbing distributor, manages roughly 500,000 product lines across 1,500 stores, multiple websites and six catalogs. Because many products must meet strict safety and building codes and are frequently updated, the company needed highly accurate, consistently enriched product information (technical specs, diagrams, safety sheets, images) available across all channels and to store personnel.

Wolseley implemented Stibo Systems’ STEP PIM and built internal Product Information Pages (PIP), feeding downstream services like the SAM automated stock-inquiry system and in-store kiosks.
