Halyard Health, a global medical technology company formerly part of Kimberly‑Clark, sells clinically focused products in 100+ countries across infection prevention, surgical solutions, respiratory and digestive health, pain management and IV therapy. The company struggled with product attribute management split across three regional SAP ERP systems, lacking accurate data integration, traceability and approval workflows, and faced heavy manual effort to store and distribute large volumes of digital assets.

By implementing Stibo Systems Product MDM as a central product and digital asset hub, Halyard consolidated over 6,000 SKUs with 400 attributes, integrated regional SAP feeds, and automated SKU onboarding and ecommerce exports (including GS1/GDSN).
