Fabory is an international distributor of fasteners, tools and safety and industrial products (part of Grainger Inc.) whose mission is to help professionals keep operations running and people safe. The company needed to make high‑spec product data reliably available to customers and sales teams across channels and 11 countries, while supporting a growing assortment (~200,000 SKUs) and multiple languages—requirements their legacy system could not meet.

Fabory implemented Stibo Systems’ STEP as a standard, centralised Master Data Management solution to manage all product information without customisations. STEP enabled multilingual, consistent product data across channels, improved data quality, reduced time‑to‑market and supported rapid assortment growth—Fabory nearly doubled its product range in two years—and now focuses on further raising data quality and the customer experience.
