EET Group, one of Europe’s largest IT distributors with presence in 24 countries, over 30,000 annual B2B customers and 1.5 million SKUs, was struggling with a manual, fragmented PIM landscape as it grew—adding ~8,000 new products per month, multiple acquisitions and 19 language versions. The patchwork of systems produced duplicate, inconsistent product masters and made scalable onboarding, enrichment and channel readiness impossible.

Working with Vertica, EET implemented Stibo Systems Product MDM to automate onboarding (Icecat integration plus AI-driven classification), enforce data governance and provide a single source of truth. The platform now automates 8,000 product imports monthly, consolidated 48 acquired catalogs, made the webshop the primary channel (80% of customers visit before purchase) and drove strong business results: total turnover up ~30% post-implementation (online turnover +25.3%, EDI +39.6%), reduced bounce rate by 14%, page views +25% and users +12%, while enabling faster supplier/onboarding scale and higher customer satisfaction.
