figleaves.com, the world’s largest online seller of branded intimate apparel, faced a bottleneck in managing complex product data across channels as it scaled (250 brands, 30,000+ items). Their legacy system was slow and limiting, preventing near‑real‑time web updates, rapid new product introduction, and integration with SAP. To address this, figleaves.com selected Stibo Systems and its STEP PIM platform to centralize product information management.

Stibo Systems implemented STEP (hosted in Stibo’s Global Data Center) and integrated it with figleaves.com’s SAP and stock systems, enforcing data and image controls for complex sizing and product rules. The result: website content refreshes every 15 minutes, two‑way stock and PIM integration, faster new product introduction (days to hours), improved conversions and scalable support for rapid business growth — with STEP becoming the company’s central product repository.
