Brady, a global leader in identification and security solutions with more than 500,000 customers and around 30 websites across 9 brands and 15 countries, faced a complex data challenge: managing some 600,000 catalogue items and 100,000 product datasheets with nearly 300 attributes while unifying print and web channels to improve user experience, service and visibility across Europe.

Brady implemented a master-data multichannel solution using Stibo Systems’ STEP PIM integrated with SAP and Magento, centralizing enrichment in STEP and using Adobe InDesign for catalog output. The change delivered major gains: an ~80% increase in productivity for web database maintenance, a 30% faster catalogue production cycle, time-to-market for web datasheets cut from a year to days, faster e‑commerce performance and measurable increases in site traffic and average order size.
