Implementing Stibo Systems’ Master Data Management (MDM) consolidated disparate systems into one single source of truth with an SAP interface, removing stand‑alone solutions and redundancies. The project improved data quality, streamlined maintenance through updated workflows, reduced long‑term personnel costs, and was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
