Vsi. Svoi, the largest platform of Ukrainian brands, faced a challenge with its e-commerce infrastructure, requiring improved scalability and reliability. The company engaged vendor Stfalcon to move to a containerized infrastructure using Kubernetes to increase service availability, simplify making changes, and speed up the process of delivering updates.

Stfalcon implemented a cloud-native solution using Kubernetes and a containerized approach on Hetzner Cloud IaaS, with infrastructure managed as code via Terraform. This modernized the infrastructure, providing the ability to quickly make changes, monitor components, and scale computing power. The solution also included configuring Continuous Delivery with Gitlab CI/CD for all applications.
