Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs launches System 112 with Stfalcon in 3 months, handling 2M+ emergency calls

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine faced the critical challenge of creating a unified emergency response system, System 112, to coordinate police, ambulance, fire, and gas services. They needed a working product delivered within just three months for a presidential demonstration. To meet this urgent deadline, the ministry partnered with the software development vendor Stfalcon.

Stfalcon developed and launched the mission-critical System 112 platform on schedule. The solution integrated multiple technologies, including Cisco IP telephony and WebEx for video support, and featured an intuitive operator interface. As a result, the system processed over 2 million emergency calls in its first year, drastically improving response times and providing full support for people with hearing or speech disabilities. Stfalcon successfully delivered a life-saving product that is now operational across 20 regions of Ukraine.
