Nova Post, Ukraine's largest postal service, faced a significant challenge in manually planning shifts for its 38,000 employees across 13,000+ post offices using error-prone Excel spreadsheets. They partnered with the vendor Stfalcon to develop an automated solution to replace this inefficient and intuitive process.

Stfalcon built the Nova Headcount platform, a smart system that automates shift scheduling and headcount forecasting. The solution reduced manual work by 99%, cutting shift planning time from hours to minutes and processing even the largest data loads in under four hours. This project earned Nova Post Ukraine's HR Brand Award and successfully automated scheduling for the entire workforce.
