United States Postal Service completes 1,255 installations on time and under budget with Sterling Engineering

The United States Postal Service (USPS) needed a contract recruitment solution to staff numerous technical positions for a large-scale installation project across the U.S. Their challenge was a lack of internal resources to quickly hire talent for a project requiring nearly 100% travel, while also needing to control fluctuating labor costs. To meet this need, they partnered with vendor Sterling Engineering.

Sterling provided a complete traveling Field Service Installer team and dedicated a Schedule/Travel Coordinator to the project. This solution allowed the complex project to be finished on time and under budget. As a result of this success, Sterling was engaged by the USPS on several subsequent installation projects.
