InovIntell secures their CI/ CD with StepSecurity Harden-Runner

InovIntell, a Poland-based AI services provider for the life sciences sector, faced the challenge of securing its CI/CD pipelines against escalating software supply chain attacks. The company needed an easy-to-use solution to protect sensitive data, including patient information, from threats like the exfiltration of credentials from build servers.

StepSecurity provided its Harden-Runner solution to address this. The platform enabled InovIntell to implement least-privilege GitHub tokens and set whitelisted endpoints for its pipelines. This integration, done through open-source templates, allowed new projects to be automatically secured. StepSecurity's solution gave InovIntell greater visibility and confidence in its workflows, providing immediate detection of malicious activity and preventing the exfiltration of sensitive data.
