W&S Open Cincinnati worked with StellarAlgo to better target and personalize marketing after adjusting ticket prices to better match tournament demand and appeal to a changing fanbase. The goal was to identify the right audience segments for the new pricing options and improve outreach effectiveness.
Using StellarAlgo’s Cohort Builder, Cohort Analyzer, KPI dashboards, and machine learning tools, the team built targeted lists and tracked which messages and channels performed best for each segment. StellarAlgo helped drive a 40% increase in single match tickets, a 27% increase in new buyers, and a 15% increase in partial series packages.
