The club wanted to retain more of its season ticket holder base and better prioritize outreach during the renewal period, using StellarAlgo’s customer data platform and analytics tools.
StellarAlgo implemented automated retention scoring, enhanced machine learning for event and product targeting, and a range of dashboards and segmentation tools to support sales decisions. The results included an 88.5% renewal rate, a 25% increase in season ticket holders, and 2,000 hours in time savings.
