Las Vegas Aviators partnered with StellarAlgo as they prepared to open a new ballpark and needed to understand which existing fans were most likely to renew packages while also growing their fan base. To address this challenge, the team used StellarAlgo’s Geomap feature, Cohort Builder, and Ticketing Dashboard to analyze fan locations, track changes over time, and monitor sales pacing.
StellarAlgo implemented automated insights, segmentation tools, machine learning, and StellarMoments notifications to help the Aviators identify new fans and support more timely marketing and sales outreach. The results were strong: the Aviators achieved 25% more renewals than expected, reached 115% of their revenue goal, and recorded the highest attendance in Triple-A baseball.
