Using StellarAlgo’s data platform and machine learning tools, the club wanted a better way to understand who to contact first and how to prioritize leads based on fan behavior and ticket-buying patterns.
StellarAlgo scored and prioritized customers using three seasons of ticket and attendance data, created six customer segments, and automated ongoing rescoring through its segmentation, machine learning, and KPI dashboard tools. The result was a 31% conversion rate for 4- and 5-star leads and 3x higher-than-average lead conversion, giving LA Galaxy faster, data-driven insight into top opportunities and improving customer lifetime value.
