Durham Bulls worked with StellarAlgo to better understand their fans and improve the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns. Their goal was to increase mini-plan revenue while converting individual ticket buyers into multi-purchase buyers year over year, using StellarAlgo’s CDP and fan analytics tools.

StellarAlgo implemented automated notifications, cohort builder and analyzer tools, and other dashboards and machine learning capabilities to personalize outreach and track conversions throughout the season. As a result, Durham Bulls saw a 37% increase in mini-plan revenue, an 11.2% increase in mini-plan buyers, and a 4.2% increase in mini-plan win back, while also saving time on manual work and improving fan engagement.
