tök communications, a Montreal-based Canadian communications agency, sought to create a high-impact influencer and PR campaign to celebrate the fifth anniversary of their client, Le Central food hall. Their challenge was to track, analyze, and optimize this multi-event campaign in real-time to demonstrate a clear return on investment and ensure it reached the intended target audience effectively.
The agency leveraged the Stellar platform to manage the campaign. Using Stellar, they targeted relevant content creators, monitored key performance indicators like reach and engagement in real-time, and measured the campaign's sentiment and media value. The results were highly successful, generating 364,000 people reached, 9,000 interactions, and an earned media value of nearly 170,000 CAD.
