Bay Venues, a Tauranga Council‑controlled Organisation, faced a paper‑heavy, time‑consuming audit process that required endless scanning, emailing, printing and strict version control. To solve this, Bay Venues implemented Stellar Library’s Digital Library and Stellar Board Books to centralise documents, structure audit material, and secure access for auditors and staff.
Using Stellar Library, Bay Venues assembled and organised audit packs in advance, identified and closed gaps before audits, and tightly controlled document access and versions so confidentiality was maintained. Auditors can do more work remotely and spend less time on site, significantly reducing photocopying, emailing and administrative effort — saving both time and money — while board meetings are modernised with readily accessible board books.
