Steema Software's customer, Sitech Services—an industrial service provider for chemical plants in the Netherlands—needed to rewrite a DOS-era program for data acquisition and analysis. A key challenge was finding a suitable charting component that could define multiple X and Y axes within a plot, a feature that was unavailable from other vendors at the time.

The solution was implemented using TeeChart AX from Steema Software. The component perfectly met their technical requirements, eliminating the need for a massive in-house development effort. The benefits were so significant that Sitech converted all its in-house software to use TeeChart, giving all their applications a unified and professional look and feel.
