Shoe Palace, a well-known U.S. athletic footwear and apparel retailer, wanted to drive awareness of its online business and increase site traffic and sales rather than rely solely on brick-and-mortar. To do this, Shoe Palace partnered with SteelHouse and used Facebook video ads (Facebook Video Retargeting) to showcase how easy it is to get shoes delivered to your door.
SteelHouse targeted U.S. Facebook “footwear aficionados” (ages 18–44), split-tested two 31‑second sound-off animated videos, optimized for conversions with automatic bidding, and ran the campaign across Facebook, Instagram, and the Facebook Audience Network. The campaign reached 987,585 users, achieved a 0.59% CTR, produced a 3.15 ROAS (exceeding the 3:1 goal) and a $45.49 CPA, while boosting brand awareness and site traffic.
